Shipping Policy:
Fan
Designs is pleased to provide FREE, insured shipping with each
online purchase. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an
automated confirmation reply. All in-stock items are shipped by United
Parcel Services (UPS) within 72 hours. Items not available for immediate
delivery are considered a "Special Order" and an estimated
delivery time will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your online
order. Most "Special Orders" are filled within three to four
weeks.
You
always have a choice in the way your fine jewelry is shipped:
Ground:
All online orders are shipped FREE, using United Parcel Service (UPS)
Ground, unless you specify otherwise. Your package will arrive within
three to six business days.
Second
Day Air:
If you prefer to expedite your purchase, select United Parcel Service
(UPS) Second Day Air for an upgrade fee of $20. Your package will arrive
within two business days.
Overnight:
Can't wait to receive your new jewelry? Then, select our United Parcel
Service (UPS) One Day Air service available for an upgrade fee of $35.
Any order received before 12 Noon (CST) is shipped the same day and
estimated to arrive within one to two business days depending on destination.
We
know jewelry is often given for memorable occasions or to a special
someone. That is why we want to help you create a wonderful surprise.
All diamond and gold jewelry items will be received in a beautiful imprinted
Fan Designs box; ready to be wrapped. Please feel free to Contact Us
regarding any special request you may have with your purchase.
Please
note there is a $10 shipping fee on any order under $70 and at this
time we do not ship outside the United States.
Exchange
and Credit:
At Fan Designs, we take great pride in our reputation for quality products
at an exceptional value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with
your purchase, we will promptly issue a store credit or exchange the
merchandise. However, if you decide to return a fine jewelry item, we
ask that you do so within 14 days of the purchase date. Special
and Custom Orders may not be returned. If an item is returned
after the 14-day grace period, you may be subject to a 30% restocking
fee.
When
exchanging or returning an item, you are responsible for the cost of
returning it to us. If we exchange an item of equal or less value, shipping
is free of charge; however, if you want to upgrade your method of shipping
or purchase additional items, you are responsible for any additional
shipping costs. When returning an item for a store credit, you are responsible
for the cost of shipping it to us. And, we are not able to reimburse
you for any original shipping charges. If however, we inadvertently
ship you an incorrect item, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning
the merchandise to our office and you will not be charged for shipping
replacement merchandise.
All
returned merchandise must have a Return Authorization Number. Please
call us at 800-235-4178 or 214-744-3241 to receive your number. If you

This RA Number must be written on the shipping label and the package
must include the original invoice or a copy. We request your item be
returned by using United Parcel Service (UPS) to the following address:

Fan Designs believes our customers' trust is our most important asset. For that reason, we respect you as a customer and believe in protecting your privacy. We promise:
- to safeguard all information you share with us.
- to not lease, sell or distribute customer information to other businesses or individuals.
- to limit the collection and use of customer information to the minimum required to deliver superior service.
- to permit only authorized employees, who are trained in the proper handling of customer information, to have access to that information. Employees who violate our Privacy Policy will be subject to our normal disciplinary action.
- to remove your name from our mailing list whenever requested by our customers.
In addition, we will monitor ourselves to ensure customer privacy is respected and will conduct our business in a manner that fulfills our promise where and whenever we do business.
